I woke up this morning to the sound of rain and from the amount of water that seemed to be lying around out side it seemed that it must have been raining all night. It was also very cold, surprisingly cold as a matter of fact. We've even contemplated putting the heating on tonight as it was feeling that chilly.
Now even with the sterotypical english summer weather that seems just downright weird that we're in june and we had to consider putting the central heating on!
The one good thing about the rain was that it made doing the shopping very very easy as most people seemed to have decided to stay home rather then venture out. The market was also half empty as well, not that I blame them as I wouldn't want to stay out all day in this weather either.
Primeval ended it's latest series this week ( even though I thought it was going to be last week, stupid Britains got talent!) and it ended on quite a good cliff hanger although if the series comes back for a 4th run it looks like it's going to need a new 'big bad'.
On the plus side the new series of torchwood is due to be shown soon. It's a good show I just wish they wouldn't have so long between series.
