Busy doing nothing

It really has been one of those days today. Not in that it was bad, but it wasn't good either. I'm sure you all know what I mean, it's just been a day which is well a day. Nothing really that special or stand out about it. Well for me at least.

Nemesis is getting married today as any of you who've visited her blog may have noticed. I did try to figure out the time difference then somehow managed to get totally confused and didn't manage to figure anything out at all. Lets hope I never had to make a call between timezones for work or the results could go awry.

I had to buy some new trainers today as my last ones had well, fallen apart literally. It took ages to find some and then buy them as it it seems half the population of Loughborough were out shopping for shoes as well.

A new Wargames shop opened in Loughborough today and I went into have a look. It was okay. Not the best I've seen but hopefully it will get better as time goes on. I was a bit worried about a girl they had manning the till as she was complaining when serving a customer that the till didn't tell her how much change to give them as she was rubbish at maths. Considering the customer was buying something for £8 and had given her a £10 note, she wasn't kidding about her grasp of maths!

Anyway I spent msot fo the afternoon reading and doing some more work on the secret project which I am currently really, really happy with. As I'm doing really well with it. Of course this is just my opinion right now but lets hope it's borne out hey :-)
