It's time for a on location report

Well as the saying goes, it's time for something completely different. Yes sports fan rather then getting this blogpost as per usual from the dark depths of the office of the saxon house deep in the wilds of geektown this blogpost is coming at ya live from the equally dark but maybe even deeper Engineseer household.

Why am I here? I hear the couple of you who read this blog occasionally cry? well maybe not cry, but have a passing moment of confusion. Well I'll get to that later!

This weekend was fun as per usual and even better there was lots and lots of sun! Summer might actually be here! Remarkably enough. We were actually able to get some washing dry the old fashioned way! Okay maybe that is a indication that I desperately need to get out more as one of the highlights of my weekend is that I was able to get washing dry, but hey ho. I had to go and buy some new trainers as my old ones spilt right down the side! I guess that will teach me to go to a cheapo shoe shop.

Well it actually got reallyhot yesterday. So much so that it got really hard to sleep last night. I think I must have woken up at least half a dozentimes! So there you have it ladies and gents the great paradox of the english summertime. We've just spent the last few weeks moaning about rain, we finally get some sun and we're moaning about it! moaning all round !

Right back to the engineseer household. Well we had our first regular (or at least hopefully so) ysa family home evening. Unfortuantely I was late as I was waiting for tap dance to bring hyper by as he had come up to visit. they were supposed to come by at 6.30 buy didn't come till 7.20. Grumpy had forgot that I was heading out so forgot to mention to tapdance that when she had said 6.30 she did need to come at 6.30. anyway with my usual tyle and panache I managed to finally blunder in halfway through engineseers lesson. Oooppsss!!! Anyway we had a very good lesson then a game lead by cordelia involving questions and M+Ms. I'll explain later. I did take a handful of pics and might post them tomorrow. I probably wouldn't post cordelias pics though as she was having a " Can't take a good pic of me no matter how hard you try" Day.

Engineseer made a good point during his lesson. The church does bring together a lot of people who wouldn't usually socialise. Lets take this evenings attendees for example. We have a student whose studying to be a engineer. A accountant, a customer services assistant, several exchange students and a fast food worker. Lets not forget the rest of the Leicester YSA, a social worker, a trainee midwife, a teacher and a lawyer to name but a few!

anyway

later!
