In Consistent consitency

I seem to have developed a annoying new habit when it comes to my monthly 1-2-1s with my manager, as although I'm having no problem in hitting my Kpi's in the slightist ( I'm average almost 14% above the minimum) I keep doing little slip up's here and there which are made even more annoying by the fact I'm not being consistent in the slightest and was feeling so frustrated after todays feedback session I really felt like banging my head up and down on the table!

Oh well. If that's the worse thing that happens this week I don't suppose I'll have a lot to complain about.

But then again you know me, I'm sure I'll find something. :-)
